I embarked on my journey of reflection, learning and reconnection from the desire to explore a family challenge, parent child relationships, intergenerational relationships. We worked on topics related to giving and receiving, value and exchange, money and meaning, personal space, housing, boundaries and relational interfaces.
I moved in my incursion, facilitated by Alina, towards an open, flexible, assertive perspective where action and reflection, Yin and Yang met in a balanced space of compassion, love and wisdom.
